EW Group was appointed by the new travel and tourism platform Lovetovisit.com to provide a comprehensive Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy to its founding team, and in support of its production and recruitment in progress.
Lovetovisit.com is an innovative new digital community that connects operators in the tourism and culture sectors with travelers and visitors, with a focus on creating a social experience, where people can scroll, browse and book in one place.
EW Group is the leading full-service equality, diversity and inclusion consultancy that has provided training, analysis and consulting programs to more than 1,750 organizations in 75 countries.
With a team of over 60 diversity specialists, EW Group will work with Lovetovisit.com to establish the characteristics of diversity against which the company can measure success. The work will include reviewing their team’s existing knowledge on equality, diversity and inclusion topics and subsequent training of staff members.
An inclusive language guide will also be created to establish content that the team can work from to plan their own production. The works are being delivered with a view to their full launch in February 2022.
