Margulies Perruzzi welcomes five designers and professionals: NEREJ


Boston, Massachusetts Margulies Perruzzi (MP) has added five new design and professional staff: Staci Barber, director of marketing; Kellyn Biela, designer of the project; Claude Greenberg, architect and technical specialist; Grace Santos, interior designer; and Ethan Webb, project designer.

Staci Barber, Director of Marketing
A strategic marketer with broad qualifications in targeted brand messaging, collateral creation, content management, proposal planning and development, B2B marketing and team management, Staci will lead all marketing initiatives. . She is renowned for her skills in balancing rapidly changing priorities, managing projects, developing and implementing marketing plans and budgets, and overseeing marketing staff. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce from Saint Anselm College and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Suffolk.

Kellyn Biela, project designer
Kellyn is a project designer with extensive experience working on projects, including providing initial design studies, preparing construction documents, and preparing LEED documentation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History with a Minor in Archeology from Rollins College and a Master of Science in Architecture from Roger Williams University. Kellyn is an associate member of AIA.

Claude Greenberg, architect and technical specialist
Claude is an architect with 39 years of experience in design, preparation of construction documents and team management. With exceptional technical strengths, he enjoys transforming interesting design concepts into rigorous architectural solutions. He has experience in a multitude of types of projects, including institutional (healthcare, educational and judicial) and multi-family podium-type housing. Projects with complex and challenging designs, building envelope technology and core / shell details are top specialties. Its attributes include design detail problem solving capabilities and reliable quality control with respect to both contract drawings and specifications. Other work experiences included positions as Senior Technical Architect, Project Coordinator and Consulting Architect. Claude graduated from the University of Oregon with a BA in Architecture and is a Fellow of AIA and BSA.

Grace Santos, interior designer
Interior designer with five years of experience, Grace has worked on a variety of projects for companies, higher education and life sciences institutions. Previously, she worked as an interior designer for three design firms in Boston, where she was responsible for building Revit models, developing test fits, creating concept presentations, rendering , construction documents and the selection of finishes for the projects. Grace holds an Associate’s Degree in Art and Design from Mount Wachusett Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Ethan Webb, project designer
Ethan has spent most of his design career working with scientific and healthcare clients. More recently, he has focused on the planning, design and execution of various projects in the life sciences sectors. He received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
