MICA, Ahmedabad, the first B school dedicated to building leadership in strategic marketing and communication, is expected to host its 20th annual marketing management festival, MICANVAS’21, from November 26-28, 2021.
The official title sponsor this year is Vivo. MICANVAS is embarking on the path of greatest leadership after Vivo in an exceptional positioning and a technological promise within the industry.
Alma mater for many established leaders in the industry, MICA is known for its marketing focused program, and the MICANVAS Festival is a true reflection of this.
This is MICA’s flagship event with an amalgamation of interesting, innovative and stimulating events, with a large selection of renowned international and national artists and speakers.
MICANVAS has hosted eminent speakers and artists in the past, from Professor Philip Kotler, the father of modern marketing, to the talented Farhan Akhtar.
Last year we have moved with the changing times to adapt to the new normal with an equally busy online event, connecting with international speakers from around the world. In 2021, we’re gearing up for a bigger, bolder, and better version. Our events will operate in a hybrid model with online and offline competition sets, speaker sessions, and artist performances showcasing an abundance of talent and knowledge for all B-school participants across the country. The team has curated over 18 new formats covering marketing, advertising and branding holistically through iconic events such as Last Manager Standing at Prod-It-Friendly. The events garnered over 15,000 views and over 5,000 registrations on https://dare2compete.com/festival/micanvas-2021-mica-ahmedabad-17435 from early B schools such as IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow, IIM Ranchi, IIM Indore, MDI, SIBM, SCMHRD, IIFT and many more.
This new adaptation is a consequence of our souls revived to signify the flame of the conquest of the world. MICANVAS 2021 is back with its theme of the year “IGNITE”, which further explains the fire within us to make a fabulous comeback. The logo is also modified to represent the flame with the cool colors that balance our minds as we move into the new “normal” world of marketing.
