New RentPlus and Fannie Mae programs to help tenants build

LOGAN, Utah, Sept. 29, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Rent Dynamics is thrilled to announce that RentPlus, powered by Rent Dynamics, will be working with Fannie Mae to develop its program to help tenants build credit by working with landlords and managers to report rental payments on time to the three major credit bureaus.

RentPlus is the leading rent reporting provider that captures rent payment data directly from the property management system, enabling a low-lift process that saves leasing teams time. Disclosure of on-time rent payments allows tenants to build and establish their credit scores while helping landlords increase income and reduce delinquency rates.
