Earlier this year, SchoolsFirst FCU made changes to the Credit Union‘s government management build, with the latest promotions and new leadership positions added to help its priority of providing first-class private service to its members. , to California teachers and their families.

In his new role as senior vice president of department operations, William De Leon can be responsible for driving innovation in the core department’s services, ensuring the satisfaction and engagement of the tens of millions of members who visit at our more than 70 branches across California. De Leon has been with Credit Union since 2003. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business and administration from the College of Phoenix and an MBA in organizational management from Brandman College. He is also a graduate of Western CUNA Administration College and is a Registered Business Coach with the Worldwide Affiliation of Enterprise Coaches (WABC).
In her new role as Senior Vice President of Funds, Security and Fraud, Amy Hsu will lead the provision and renewal of your comprehensive digital foreign currency movement and security, including billing fees, Zelle and credit and debit card providers. These are the management of the funds, security and fraud departments. Hsu has worked for Credit Union since 2014, holds a BA in Economics from Cornell College and completed his MBA course at UCLA Anderson College of Administration.
In his new role as Senior Vice President of Wealth Administration, Dan Rearick will be responsible for the strategic management and oversight of member retirement planning, pension plan administration, trust and funding, IRA providers and insurance providers. He would also oversee Credit Union’s service organizations: SchoolsFirst Insurance Companies, LLC and SchoolsFirst Plan Administration LLC. Rearick has worked with Credit Union since 2004. He holds a BA in Finance and Economics from Northern Arizona College. Rearick is a graduate of the Western CUNA College of Administration and holds a California Life and Disability Insurance license in addition to a number of licenses from the Financial Business Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
